Weather-Related Service Changes.
At SEAT, we want to make sure your travel plans are as smooth as possible, even when the weather changes or it’s time to celebrate the holidays. Here’s everything you need to know about our holiday closures and how we handle winter weather so you can plan ahead. The best way to stay up to date on if SEAT is operating a modified schedule on all or some of our Routes is via our Bluesky account, which can be accessed directly here, or brought up on this site by clicking or tapping on ‘Service Alerts’ at the top of the site.
SEAT Holiday Closures.
SEAT does not operate on any of the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
We also close early on Christmas Eve, with service ending at 8:00 PM.
Administrative Office Holiday Closures.
In addition to the holidays listed above, the SEAT Administrative Office is closed on:
- President’s Day
- Good Friday
- Juneteenth
- Friday after Thanksgiving
Norwich Transportation Center Holiday Closures.
The Norwich Transportation Center is closed on all holidays listed above.
